We allow 30 minutes per appointment, but we appreciate that some purchases may require more time with our specialist advisers. Where possible, our colleagues will offer all the time and support you need – either during your visit or later, if you need some time to reflect on the great ranges we have to offer.
Our furniture appointments have COVID-secure measures in place and have passed all relevant risk assessments. We kindly ask that customers wear masks when in close proximity to our colleagues, unless medically exempt.
