Does your bra arch up at the back?

Is your bra more than 1 year old?
If yes, the elastic may be at the end of it’s life, we suggest you buy a new bra.
If no, we suggest you try a smaller back size.
Does your bra strap dig into your shoulder?
Our Expert's advice
Your straps are too tight, the underband should be the support. The straps are there to hold the cup in place, adjust to a comfortable length.
Does your bra bulge at the back?

The easiest way to avoid this is to choose a scoop shaped back which smoothes the line.
Does your bra spill at the front?
Our Expert's advice
If you spill at the front add a cup size.
If you spill at front and under your arm add two cup sizes.
Is your wire digging in your boob at the side?

Reduce your underband size and increase your cup size.
Does your boob pop out under the wire at the front?

Reduce your underband size and increase your cup size.
Does your bra feel too big in the cup?

You need to reduce your cup size and check the underband, this may also need to be reduced.
Does your bra wire feel uncomfortable at the front?

Choose a bra which is lower at the front such as a plunge shape.
You may also need to increase the cup size to allow the wire to sit flat between your boobs.
