How long does an appointment last?

We allow 30 minutes per appointment, but we appreciate that some purchases may require more time with our specialist advisers. Where possible, our colleagues will offer all the time and support you need – either during your visit or later, if you need some time to reflect on the great ranges we have to offer.

How do I order fabric samples?

Simply email [email protected], providing your full postal address (including postcode), contact name and number, plus the fabric name and colour for each sample as it is given in the product description. Your samples will take approximately 5-7 days to arrive.
