How long does an appointment last?

The duration of an appointment depends on how many people will be attending. Individual appointments tend to last 30 minutes. For small groups of up to four people, appointments last around an hour, and for large groups of up to six people, appointments last around an hour and a half.

Are there any measures against COVID-19 in place?

We recommend that both colleagues and customers wear a mask during suit fit appointments, due to the close-contact nature of our measuring service. Our colleagues do have the right to refuse a suit fit appointment if the customer does not wear a mask and they are not exempt.
